DYNEX SEMICONDUCTOR ACQUIRES EQUIPMENT FROM SEMI SCENIC FOR FAB EXPANSION
Semi Scenic (UK) Ltd, a supplier of advanced capital equipment for the semiconductor industry and related markets, today announced that it has received a multiple system order from Dynex Semiconductor, Lincoln, England.
Semi Scenic will be a key partner as Dynex executes the £12 million expansion of its IGBT fabrication facility.
After extensive evaluation Dynex has purchased the Lam Research Plasma Etch systems which will be refurbished at Semi Scenic’s dedicated cleanroom facility in East Kilbride, Scotland prior to installation at Dynex.
